What is the return policy?
Full priced, unworn, and unwashed garments with tags still attached may be returned for a full refund yo the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. Sale, promotional, and one-of-a-kind items are final sale. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns past 30 days nor offer free return shipping. Once your return has been received and processed, a return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange my order?
Yep! You will be able to return/exchange items purchased by emailing us Hello@foundlosangeles.com. Don't forget to tell us why you want to exchange, as well as which items/sizes you are thinking about. Full priced, unworn, and unwashed items with tags still attached that were purchased in last 30 days are eligible for return/exchange. Sale, promotional items, and one-of-a-kind items are final sale. Once you send back the items, we will mail you your exchange. Depending on your bank, a refund may take up to 4-6 business days. Please note that we currently do not accept any exchanges for any of the different styles or colors. We will email you what your options are.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Don't panic! We’re here to help! Sometimes the package ends up at your neighbor’s door, check with them! Other times, the package is prematurely notified. Wait a day and please email us at Hello@foundlosangeles.com. We will investigate and come up with a plan of action!
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Don't panic! At FOUND, we believe that customer service is always first. We will exchange your order at no cost within the first 30 days. Please email us at Hello@foundlosangeles.com with a picture of the defective item. We don't accept items that have already been washed, worn, or are without the purchase tag. Please reference our fabric care suggestion under care instructions for each item.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Not in love with what you ordered? No problem! Notify us immediately at Hello@foundlosangeles.com and we will swap the items in your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking number. But if you still need help, we are here! Email us at Hello@foundlosangeles.com with any questions or concerns and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What are the shipping options?
Alternative shipments methods are welcome with an additional shipment fee. If you can't wait and need the package immediately, please email us prior to placing an order at Hello@foundlosangeles.com and list the items you want to purchase and we will accommodate you accordingly.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Everything is possible! We accept some international credit cards for orders for $250 and up. Email us at Hello@foundlosangeles.com prior to placing the order to verify the transaction. Screenshot the items you would love to purchase with the color and size, and attach the address where you want it shipped. We will estimate a shipment amount and email you back with the information. Unfortunately, we don’t cover the return shipments and lost packages and don't accept exchanges and returns. All items are final sale. Payment will be collected first and then a shipment tracking number we will be provided.
Where can I find product sizing information
We’re happy to help you! Most of our knit products have a relaxed fit because who doesn't love to lounge everyday! If you need additional help, we recommend you emailing us at Hello@foundlosangeles.com with any questions or concerns.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
The fashion industry is not the prettiest, but we are here to make it gorgeous! Our materials are made out of the finest yarns and are sourced locally! Did you know that we work with mostly women run businesses? We believe in locally made garments and support small businesses by giving them our production.
